Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Policy - Refunds

Project Initialization and Service deposits are not refundable.

Web development projects require extensive resources, are time intensive, and incure internal expenses as is the industry standard. Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for web and custom design projects are made to us in increments of 50% at the start of the project and the remaining amount to be paid on completion of said project. This payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. The initial deposit does not constitute a credit, and therefore cannot be used toward our other services. You are accountable for the full balance of your contract whether you decide to complete website or not.

Furthermore, should the scope or initial requirements of the project change or deviate from the original brief, an increase in the original quoted amount may be increased depending on the complexity or changes required for the project
