DESIGNED AROUND THE REAL NEED
What makes nonprofit website design work?
Visitors may arrive wanting to donate, volunteer, request help or simply learn whether the organization is right for them. A single vague contact button rarely serves all of those needs well.
Our approach
We separate the main audience journeys and organize mission information, programs, evidence and participation opportunities around them. Donation tools and volunteer forms are discussed as specific integrations. Sensitive stories and imagery should use material approved by your organization, with accessible reading and navigation considered throughout.
What we plan before production
Before design begins, we agree the audience, the main actions and who will maintain the finished website. Content and imagery are gathered early, so the final layout responds to real material rather than placeholder paragraphs. Important forms, links and screen sizes are reviewed before release.
From brief to finished work
We move from a discovery brief to page structure, then visual design, development and review. The scope identifies the platform, page count, integrations and approval points. Launch is planned separately from ongoing improvements so responsibilities remain clear.
