DESIGNED AROUND THE REAL NEED
What makes corporate & convention video presentations work?
Event displays may be much wider than a standard video and viewed from a distance. Small text and important elements placed near a screen edge can become difficult to see in the venue.
Our approach
We confirm the event’s technical specifications before shaping the storyboard. Brand visuals and on-screen messaging are designed for the audience’s viewing position. Delivery requirements, playback testing and approval deadlines are coordinated early so the presentation is ready for the production team.
What we plan before production
A motion project needs a clear story and a clear destination. We confirm duration, format, assets and permissions before production. For location-based imagery, access and feasibility need to be agreed as well. Audio, captions and delivery requirements should be discussed while the sequence is still being planned.
From brief to finished work
The process starts with a purpose and outline, followed by a storyboard or shot plan. Visual development and editing progress through agreed review stages. The final piece is exported for the chosen playback environments, with supporting versions included only when they are part of the scope.
