DESIGNED AROUND THE REAL NEED
What makes business video presentation design work?
A slide deck and a finished video are different experiences. Viewers of a video cannot ask the presenter to slow down, so pacing and the amount of on-screen information need deliberate planning.
Our approach
We build the sequence around a script or agreed outline, then select the visual treatment for each message. Existing photography, footage and brand assets can be incorporated when the rights are clear. Titles, transitions and final exports are prepared around the channel and playback environment.
What we plan before production
A motion project needs a clear story and a clear destination. We confirm duration, format, assets and permissions before production. For location-based imagery, access and feasibility need to be agreed as well. Audio, captions and delivery requirements should be discussed while the sequence is still being planned.
From brief to finished work
The process starts with a purpose and outline, followed by a storyboard or shot plan. Visual development and editing progress through agreed review stages. The final piece is exported for the chosen playback environments, with supporting versions included only when they are part of the scope.
