DESIGNED AROUND THE REAL NEED
What makes business cards & stationery design work?
A business card has very little space to communicate. A letterhead must also work around real correspondence, rather than forcing every document into an impractical decorative layout.
Our approach
We prioritize the name, role and contact information, then adapt the identity to the selected paper and production method. Stationery layouts leave room for actual content. Staff variations and editable office templates can be discussed as separate requirements so the final files fit the workflow.
What we plan before production
Every piece starts with an audience, a message and a format. We agree the intended use, source assets and production requirements before refining the artwork. Printer specifications and digital dimensions are checked separately, and the business approves the final wording and contact details.
From brief to finished work
A clear brief leads to a visual direction and agreed review rounds. We refine the selected concept, adapt it to the required formats and prepare final files for the intended channels. Printing, installation and distribution are identified separately from design unless explicitly included.
